In the center of the Armon Hanatziv neighborhood in Jerusalem, on Dresner and Alkahi streets, ‘Meidar’ is leading a ‘Pinuy-Binuy’ project with hundreds of apartments.

The project is already at an advanced planning stage and is expected to be a model for a successful ‘Pinuy-Binuy’ project in Jerusalem. The current tenants will receive a significant upgrade to their quality of life and the new tenants will also be integrated into the neighborhood, which is planned to undergo a facelift for the benefit of its residents.
