Meidar

Lev Rehovot

“Meidar Lev Rehovot” project in Rehovot is a project in the heart of the city at the corner of Herzl and Weizmann streets.

The project will include commercial areas in front of Herzl Street in the most desirable location on the street, and residential apartments above. Meidar’s strategic plan is to build small housing units suitable for the residence of young couples and students who characterize the area.

The project’s residents will enjoy an apartment with a high level of finish, starting with underground parking, balconies, and maximum accessibility to all daily needs such as banks and clinics and daily shopping all spread out along Herzl Street.

The project includes a rezoning procedure to increase the number of apartments in accordance with the municipality’s policy for the development of the Herzl route.

Weizmann Street is named after Chaim Weizmann, the first president of the State of Israel, who lived and died in the city of Rehovot. One of the buildings on the plot is a conservation house that was built about a hundred years ago.
