Meidar

Lev Rehovot

“Meidar Lev Ha’ir” project in Rehovot is a project in the heart of the city at the corner of Herzl and Yaakov streets.
The project will include commercial areas in front of Herzl Street in the most desirable location on the street, and residential apartments above.
Meider’s strategic plan is to build small housing units suitable for the residence of young couples and students who characterize the area.
The project’s residents will enjoy an apartment with a high-level finish with a balcony and underground parking, and maximum accessibility to all daily needs such as shopping, banks and clinics, all spread out along Herzl Street.
The project includes a rezoning procedure to increase the number of apartments in accordance with the municipality’s policy for the development of the Herzl route.
Yaakov Street is named after Yaakov Yosef Braude, one of the founders of the city of Rehovot, and one of the buildings in the lot is a house for preservation that was built about a hundred years ago.
